Wednesday Evening Book Group
This is a very informal group; there are no quizzes! We meet (usually) on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month (except during breaks in the Purdue schedule) at 7:00 p.m.
Our book for February and March 2012 will be Did My Neurons Make Me Do It: Philosophical and Neurobiological Perspectives on Moral Responsibility and Free Will, by Nancey Murphy and Warren S. Brown. We’ll discuss the first half of the book (through chapter 3, pp. 1-146) on Wednesday, February 8. We’ll discuss the second half (chapter 4 through conclusion, pp. 147-308) on Wednesday, March 7. Please note date changes from the usual schedule!
